Choose a platform for the depth of work you need to coordinate. Add a website, native staff mobile or a branded customer app independently—even for one dealership. Expand around the workflow, its volume and the controls it needs.
USD per month. Core starts with one operating business; additional capacity is scoped separately on every tier. Advanced and Enterprise platform fees are quoted around workflow depth, integration and service requirements. Implementation is quoted separately. We agree the workflows, available capabilities, connections, delivery schedule, capacity, usage and term before rollout. Third-party subscriptions, hardware, taxes and metered services are additional where applicable.
CHOOSE PRODUCTS ON ANY TIER
The product you need. The platform that fits.
One dealership can add any of these products to Core, Advanced or Enterprise. Website, staff mobile and customer apps are distinct choices; business count does not gate access to them.
Website
$1,500/month
A production website for your business brand, connected to supported records and the work behind it. One primary domain and redirect aliases serving that same site.
Available on any platform tier, including Core for one dealership. Implementation and content migration are separate.Discuss website
Native staff mobile
From $2,000/month
Put check-in, evidence capture and handoffs in staff hands with the native BLEU staff product. The first licensed dealership is $2,000/month; each additional licensed dealership is $500/month.
Distinct from included responsive mobile web. Supported features, devices and app delivery are confirmed before launch; hardware and kiosks are separate.Discuss native staff mobile
Branded customer app
$3,000/month
A dedicated app for an agreed customer brand and journey. One iOS and Android release line for the same brand and audience counts as one production deployment.
Available independently on any tier. App implementation, bespoke work and store or provider fees are separate.Discuss branded customer app
Additional business brand
$500/month
Manage another distinct customer-facing identity, audience and theme. Each ordered dealership includes one primary business brand; a shared additional brand is counted once.
OEM makes in your inventory never consume business-brand capacity. A brand allowance does not include an extra website or customer app.Discuss additional business brand
Governance scope
From $2,000/month
Give leaders a clearer view of the operation while each team keeps controlled access to its work and financial information. Delegate administration for one complex business or a dealership family.
Optional at any business count. Controls and service are agreed before rollout; anything already included in your platform proposal is not charged twice.Discuss governance scope
Workflow intelligence
Scoped quote
Build reliable follow-through from connected context: fewer manual touches, clearer next steps and exceptions routed to the people who can resolve them.
Start with one journey, such as a vehicle moving from arrival to a customer viewing. These are proposed workflows to scope and validate in your rollout; the examples show what we can plan together.
Before you promise, check what’s ready.
A proposed readiness view brings together arrival, preparation, documents and transport evidence. Missing information stays visible so a person can confirm the commitment.
Example: transport confirmed; documents still outstanding.
A vehicle passport that travels with the car.
Scope a permissioned evidence trail for condition photos, documents, transfer exceptions and receiving acknowledgement, from the sending team to the receiving team.
Example: one transfer record, with discrepancies recorded at arrival.
A daily brief that leads to completed work.
Define a focused view of blocked work, unaccepted handoffs and commitments awaiting confirmation. Each item needs a responsible person, supporting evidence and a way to record completion.
Example: an arrival is recorded; the next team still needs to accept it.
Prove it in your operation.
Agree a baseline and pilot one workflow. Measure time to confirmed readiness, unresolved exceptions, duplicate entry and commitments made before the required evidence exists.
Use observed results to decide what to expand. No assumed uplift.
Existing systems, permissions and supported integrations determine what can connect. Automated writeback, scheduling, inspection analysis and additional channels require explicit delivery scope. A shared record alone does not confirm physical readiness.
THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE SCOPE
A clear next step. At every stage.
Compare coordination, execution and control. Choose products separately on every tier. Operating businesses, locations, staff seats, devices and OEM inventory makes are different concepts.

MAKE IT YOURS
Your next chapter, when you’re ready.
Upgrade the platform for deeper workflow or control. Add products and business capacity independently, with a clear scope for each.
The work repeats. Deepen execution.
Consider Advanced when manual touches, recurring exceptions or coordination cost justify a more structured workflow. A busy single dealership can need this depth.
Upgrade around measurable workflow needs
Need a website? Add the website.
Keep your current platform tier and add the public experience you need. One dealership can buy Core and a website without a multi-company package.
Core + one website: $5,000/month, before implementation and usage
Put the workflow in staff hands.
Add supported native staff mobile without requiring a website or customer app. Choose a branded customer app separately when its customer journey justifies it.
Independent products, agreed delivery scope
Add complexity with clear control.
Scope Enterprise around bespoke integrations, security or service requirements. Add businesses and optional group governance as separate capacity and oversight decisions.
Company count never forces a maturity-tier change
FROM CONVERSATION TO CONTINUITY

THE DETAILS
A few good questions.
What do Core, Advanced and Enterprise include?
Core starts at $3,500/month for daily coordination, supported records and team workflows, role-based reporting and responsive staff mobile web. Advanced scopes deeper execution, policies and exceptions; Enterprise scopes bespoke integration, governance and service needs. Their platform fees are quoted. Products and operating capacity are selected separately.
Can one dealership buy a website?
Yes. A website is $1,500/month on any platform tier. Core plus one website starts at $5,000/month before implementation, taxes and usage. A multi-company plan is not required.
What is the difference between mobile web, staff mobile and a customer app?
Responsive BLEU staff mobile web is included in every platform tier. The native staff product starts at $2,000/month for the first licensed dealership, then $500/month for each additional licensed dealership. A branded customer app is a separate $3,000/month production deployment. Implementation, supported capabilities, audience and store or provider fees are agreed separately.
Do more companies force an upgrade?
No. Platform maturity follows workflow complexity and control needs. Additional operating businesses are scoped as capacity. A single complex business can choose Enterprise; a group can choose Core with the products and governance it needs. A shared invoice does not give one company access to another company’s records.
What counts as a business brand?
Each ordered dealership includes one primary customer-facing business brand. Additional distinct brands are $500/month each, with a shared additional brand counted once per commercial account. OEM makes in inventory never count. Separate websites and app releases have their own delivery scope.
Are Advanced automation and every integration already available?
No. We confirm what is available today, what needs configuration or development, and how we will test it with your team. Workflows, data connections, native app delivery and service commitments are agreed before rollout. Choosing a plan does not mean every feature is ready to use.
What happens to an existing plan or agreement?
Your signed agreement, delivered scope and grandfathered capacity remain in place through their committed term. We do not silently change a ten-company allowance to three, remove app rights or automatically migrate your price. Any renewal or expansion amendment is agreed explicitly.
What is quoted separately?
Implementation, data preparation, content migration, custom integrations, bespoke development, hardware and kiosks are separately scoped. Your proposal defines allowances and charges for messaging, voice, AI, external data and other metered services. There is no unlimited usage promise.
What happens after I request a demo?
We’ll follow up to arrange a walkthrough around your business. You leave with a proposed starting workflow, the systems and people it depends on, and what an evaluation needs to prove. Submitting the request does not reserve a calendar appointment.
